APCOPAY is APCO’s scalable integrated global payments platform with multi-currency and multichannel options serving clients around the world.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Sales, the Merchant Services and Support Officer is the first point of contact for merchant clients and is responsible for supporting them in integrations of websites to the APCO platform and in daily operational issues relating to transactions and processing.
The role also involves supporting merchants in the boarding process with banks and payment options by coordinating the collection and review of documents throughout the process.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be technically proficient. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Preferred candidates will be highly organised, meticulous and motivated. The chosen applicant will possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a previous technical customer support role with knowledge of the client boarding process. Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
