APCO is a market leader in payment solutions, offering systems with payment processing for debit, credit cards and other payment platforms, including processing for mail and telephone order. APCO’s major clients include local and international banking organizations, retail operations and internet merchants.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Customer Experience officer, the Technical Support Officer will be responsible for linking the online client with the bank so that online payments can be processed. This involves:
- Providing support via email, call, skype and company ticketing system.
- Review of cases with team leaders in order to provide effective feedback.
The successful candidate will possess the following abilities:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management and prioritization by urgency
Ideally, the candidate should possess previous experience in a customer care role but training will be provided on the job. Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
