APCOPAY is part of Harvest, the technology division of Hili Ventures, a group engaged in multi-sited activities with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, engineering, technology and property.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Customer Experience Officer, the Technical Support Officer links online clients with banks prior to payment processing. The role involves providing support by e-mail, phone, Skype and ticketing system, and reviewing cases with team leaders to provide effective feedback.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, able to demonstrate excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.
Ideal candidates would possess experience in a customer care role but training will be provided on the job. Knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
