Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Administrative Officer forms an integral part of meeting ecommerce clients’ processing requirements. This typically starts off with a thorough understanding of the merchant’s company setup, their parties and involvements as well as where the merchant wishes to process payment transactions from.
The vivid and fast-paced role also includes ongoing communication internally with the business development team, as well as externally with the appropriate banking and payment processing Partners.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and preferably also have a light technical background and must be able to work under pressure. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Preferred candidates will be highly organized, meticulous and motivated. Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset.
